Bill Breault - President and CEO

   Bossman Bill went to Illinois State where he acquired his Masters in Communication.  While he used to teach communication courses at Illinois State, Bill changed career paths to get into business and marketing.  When Bill isn't "running the show," he enjoys watching and playing all sports, going to concerts, and travelling.  Fun fact - he played professional paintball and has traveled to almost all of the United States.  His purpose of USBS is he loves training and developing entry-level individuals while watching them grow in their own careers.  He has also enjoyed the relationships he has built in the business world, with his national partners, clients, and employees.  

  Rocco's Modern Life now consists of helping customers better understand their utility bills and discussing new solar options for businesses!  The new guy at USBS grew up in Annapolis and went to Towson; his previous work was managing a gym.  Don't let his chill nature fool you!  There is a secret pizazz that Rocco low-key brings to our office setting.  Rocco is a fisherman, like the rest of us loves sports, and works out in his freetime.  Rocco's favorite part of his job here is how much and how fast he has earned new responsibilities, and learning the ins and outs of business! 

 Oh Canada! Tyler’s home and native land—from Whitby, Ontario. Tyler got sick of winter weather and went to college in Florida at Saint Leo University, where he played D2 lacrosse. When he isn't masterminding workplace solutions, he enjoys golfing with the guys in our office and hanging out by the pool. Fun fact: his favorite NHL team, the Maple Leafs, haven't won a Stanley Cup since 1967!  What Tyler loves most about USBS is the working environment and how everyone roots for one another’s success in the workplace.

    Mark "FedEx" Cizek graduated from Western IL University with a degree in Criminal Justice & Law Enforcement, where he also ran in cross-country. He worked previously as a private investigator, but decided he wanted to try something new and found us!  When our "energy nerd" Mark is not helping both customers and our staff better understand their energy bills, he is competing in billiards tournaments or can be found fishing at your local lake.  Mark's favorite part of our business is being in the stable and interesting energy industry, and because he is surrounded by motivated people whose main goals are to help each other succeed.     

 Rachel is another one of our Maryland natives, born and raised in Baltimore. Previously a Clinical Cosmetologist, but now rocks it out in the USBS lobby. Her hobbies are attending concerts, traveling and spending time with the fam.  When we asked her for a fun fact she replied: “Ummm… I like food.”  Rachel loves the positive work environment and the growth-minded culture of the company. 

 Salute to our US Navy Vet Terrence!  Originally from the Bayou of New Orleans, LA., though he moved here and graduated from PG Community College with a degree in Biology. Terrence also played high school and semi-pro football, and he roots for the Commanders as his favorite NFL team.  Fun fact: Terrence is a part-time karaoke host in DC, and has the voice of an angel!  His favorite part about our business is the camaraderie of the team, and how he has made this his life-long career where he can feel good about helping others. 

 Our Big Teddy Bear, "Joe D." grew up in Cranberry, PA, and started his career with us consulting energy accounts in the Pittsburgh-area. Yes, that means he's a Pens, Steelers, and Pirates fan... He studied energy management and played hockey at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. In fact, he continues to play for the Pittsburgh River Monsters! Joe's favorite part about US Business Services is working with a fun group of motivated people and traveling for business trips! 

  Krystal's good energy sparkles around our office, as her name suggests!  As a Baltimore native (Go Ravens! she says), she studied Business and Finance at CCBC in Catonsville.  Her previous employment experiences mostly included sales, and she loves working face-to-face with and creating relationships with her customers.  When she is not crushing it here, you can find Krystal at the bowling alley, roller rink, the gym, or trying out new local restaurants.  The growth and opportunity that USBS provides is what makes working here her favorite job.   

  Abenezer, or as we call him, AB, is a local here from Burtonsville, M.D.  His previous employment was mostly retail, and he found us when he was finally looking for a long-term career.  AB enjoys playing and watching sports, and watching movies.   His favorite movie is Fight Club, which we don’t talk about.  He also loves music, and his favorite artist is Future.  One of the many cool things about AB is that he is first generation Ethiopian American!  What AB enjoys most about the job is the autonomy and freedom that management allows when it comes with getting his job done.

 Ethan, aka EZ$ from Laurel, might be the nicest guy you know. Before pulling up in his Tesla and working for USBS, he was previously a tattoo artist and also did cyber security. When he isn’t crushing it at work, EZ$ loves enjoying nature, sports, and art. Ethan wants you all to know that his fun fact is about Koala Bears, not him: Koala Bears all have unique fingerprints almost identical to humans. USBS is his favorite job to date, because of the positive vibes work environment and how our coworkers are all friends outside of normal business hours. 

 “… but I’m funny how? I mean funny like I’m a clown? I amuse you?” Olivia is the office class clown, and her fun fact is everyone at USBS think she’s hilarious! Another DMV Native, she grew up in Arlington, VA and went to high school in southern MD. Her previous gig was a daycare teacher and she majored in cybersecurity, but decided she just wanted a job where she could spend her days working with and talking to customers. Olivia loves baseball more than breathing and attempts to golf but struggles on the course like most of us here at USBS. Her favorite thing about working here is that you can 100% be yourself at the office and everyone will still accept you! 

 So fresh and so clean! Jamal has a great sense of style, always looking sharp around the office and at our work outings. Jamal is from Brooklyn, but loves it here in the DMV. His previous experience as a director of Events and Promotions at a Remodeling Company have led the way for him to be an excellent energy consultant here at USBS! When he’s not helping local businesses with their energy costs, you can find Jamal freestyle dancing or watching anime. He’s also a cat guy, and has one named Miso who “is a toddler that can reach the ceiling.” What he likes most about USBS is the freedom and work / life balance that comes with job.  

 PG County Represent! Eli grew up around the Fort Washington and Brandywine area, and has held many positions within the restaurant industry as he loves to cook. He even has his own catering business as a side gig! Obtaining a bachelor’s at UMGC led him to USBS, where he is flourishing with our team. Fun fact is he was a former pro-am gamer, and can still kick your butt in most games. He is also a travelling man, as he has seen almost every state as well as 14 countries. What Eli likes about working at USBS is the high energy morning meetings and how people are excited to come to work each day, including Mondays! 

 Don’t let Aneyah’s quiet front fool you, she has a lot of pizazz! Born in Hartford, CT, but she has spent most of her life in Odenton, MD. Aneyah got her Bachelor’s in Physics from Howard University, but decided she wanted to try something new—now she is a fan favorite at USBS. She is also one of our many good cooks in the office, and loves to play videogames after hours. On the weekend you can find Aneyah finding new local bakeries and coffee shops around the DMV, so if you know of a sweet spot, let her know! Aneyah is surprised at how much she has learned about business and how fast she has grown professionally in the amount of time she has been at USBS. 

 Jaco is from VA, where he lived in a trailer park until he was rescued by our CEO. He has no previous employment experiences; USBS is Jaco’s first job! Our Office Dog enjoys eating salmon at the bar, hanging at the dog park, and long walks on the beach. Fun fact: Jaco has two bullets in him! What Jaco enjoys most about USBS is all of the treats, belly rubs, and long office naps each day.
