Our Story
Our story began in the Chicagoland market, where our managing partners built a track record of exceptional results before bringing that same energy to Columbia, Maryland in 2018. What started as a single location has since grown into a regional presence spanning Philadelphia, Buffalo, Pittsburgh, and most recently Towson in 2024, a testament to the trust our clients place in us and the results we consistently deliver.

Bill Breault
President and CEO
Bossman Bill went to Illinois State where he acquired his Masters in Communication. While he used to teach communication courses at Illinois State, Bill changed career paths to get into business and marketing. When Bill isn’t “running the show,” he enjoys watching and playing all sports, going to concerts, and travelling. Fun fact – he played professional paintball and has traveled to almost all of the United States. His purpose of USBS is he loves training and developing entry-level individuals while watching them grow in their own careers. He has also enjoyed the relationships he has built in the business world, with our national partners, clients, and employees.
Rocco Jack
General Manager, Calverton
Rocco’s Modern Life now consists of helping customers better understand their utility bills and discussing new solar options for businesses! He was once the new guy at USBS and he’s our newest GM! Rocco grew up in Annapolis and went to Towson; his previous work was managing a gym. Don’t let his chill nature fool you! There is a secret pizazz that Rocco low-key brings to our office setting. Rocco is a fisherman, like the rest of us loves sports, and works out in his freetime. Rocco’s favorite part of his job here is how much and how fast he has earned new responsibilities, and learning the ins and outs of the energy business!
Mark Cizek
Events and Retention Manager
Mark “FedEx” Cizek graduated from Western IL University with a degree in Criminal Justice & Law Enforcement, where he also ran in cross-country. He worked previously as a private investigator, but decided he wanted to try something new and found us. Mark has now been with USBS for 8 years! When our “energy nerd” Mark is not helping both customers and our staff better understand their energy bills, he is competing in billiards tournaments or can be found fishing at your local lake. Mark’s favorite part of our business is being in the stable and interesting energy industry, and because he is surrounded by motivated people whose main goals are to help each other succeed.
Rachel Kelley
HR Manager
Rachel is another one of our Maryland natives, born and raised in Baltimore. Previously a Clinical Cosmetologist, but has now rocked it out in the USBS lobby for 4 years. Her hobbies are attending concerts, traveling, and spending time with the fam. When we asked her for a fun fact she replied: “Ummm… I like food.” Rachel loves the positive work environment and the growth-minded culture of the company.
Terrence Jackson
Customer Service Manager, Calverton
Salute to our US Navy Vet Terrence! Originally from the Bayou of New Orleans, LA., though he moved here and graduated from PG Community College with a degree in Biology. Terrence also played high school and semi-pro football, and he roots for the Commanders as his favorite NFL team. He is also a Vet here at USBS, having worked here for 7 years! Fun fact: Terrence is a part-time karaoke host in DC, and has the voice of an angel! His favorite part about our business is the camaraderie of the team, and how he has made this his life-long career where he can feel good about helping others.
Will Regler
Customer Service Manager, Towson
WILL REGLER EVERYBODY, WILL REGLER! From Garrison Forest, M.D., and attending college at UMGC studying finance. Will is a man of many talents. Previously bartending at some of your favorite spots, and also having construction work experience, Will thought he would try his hand in energy consulting and has proven to be a natural; he has now celebrated his 3rd year here! When Regler isn’t analyzing kilowatt situations for local businesses, you can find him hanging out with his dog, at the gym, or golfing (really well, might we add!). Fun fact: he has 20 tattoos! His favorite thing about USBS is the entrepreneurial aspect the job provides and how fast our company is growing.
Sam Cole
Corporate Training Manager, Towson
Captain America, reporting for duty! Sam Cole is our office hype man, and always knows how to get the people going! From Columbia, MD, Sam was previously an Army Vet as well as a paralegal. When he isn’t walking business customers through their energy solutions, you can find Sam working on creative projects—he even owns his own side business graphic designing apparel. He is also big into MMA, hiking, and “being the World’s Greatest Dad to three adorable little monsters.” Sam has spent 5 years working for USBS and says cheers to 5 more, as he loves the team camaraderie, culture, and uncapped growth potential with USBS and in the energy industry.
Krystal Parker
Senior Account Manager
Krystal’s good energy sparkles around our office, as her name suggests! As a Baltimore native (Go Ravens! she says), she studied Business and Finance at CCBC in Catonsville. Her previous employment experiences mostly included sales, and she has loved her 3 years of working face-to-face with and creating relationships with her customers. When she is not crushing it here, you can find Krystal at the bowling alley, roller rink, the gym, or trying out new local restaurants. The growth and opportunity that USBS provides is what makes working here her favorite job.
Abenezer Ephrem
Senior Account Manager
Abenezer, or as we call him, AB, is a local here from Burtonsville, M.D. His previous employment was mostly retail, and he found us when he was finally looking for a long-term career. AB enjoys playing and watching sports, and watching movies. His favorite movie is Fight Club, which we don’t talk about. He also loves music, and his favorite artist is Future. One of the many cool things about AB is that he is first generation Ethiopian American! What AB enjoys most about his 2 years on the job is the autonomy and freedom that management allows when it comes with getting his job done.
Olivia Joye
Senior Account Manager
“… but I’m funny how? I mean funny like I’m a clown? I amuse you?” Olivia is the office class clown, and her fun fact is everyone at USBS think she’s hilarious! Another DMV Native, she grew up in Arlington, VA and went to high school in southern MD. Her previous gig was a daycare teacher and she majored in cybersecurity, but decided she just wanted a job where she could spend her days working with and talking to customers. Olivia loves baseball more than breathing and attempts to golf but struggles on the course like most of us here at USBS. Her favorite thing about working here is that you can 100% be yourself at the office and everyone will still accept you!
Faith Smith
Senior Account Manager
In Faith we Trust! Faith is from Ocala, FL, and moved to PA in a tiny home to take a job with USBS in Towson! Previously a closing assistant for a title company down South, Faith has been a great addition to our Senior staff, and is A+ with helping customers find the right energy solutions for their business. She spends most of her free time with her cats while baking up some sweet treats, but loves coming out to a USBS Happy Hour too. What does she listen to while baking? You guessed it: Taylor Swift. Faith’s favorite thing about working for USBS is the opportunity for personal and career growth, and helping others grow around her.
Robert Lewis
Senior Account Manager
It’s a bird. It’s a plane. NO! It’s Mike McDaniel 2.0. Just kidding, but he looks AND talks like him though. Our guy Robert is originally from Westchester, NY, but completed his undergrad at Wash U in St. Louis studying Psych Education with a minor in Music. Robert says that he loved his previous jobs serving and bartending, and now loves working at USBS because of the similarities between the roles given his current job details of helping customers all day still. Robert has the voice of an angel and loves to sing, but you will also find him rock climbing, watching anime, or reading. In college, he even had the opportunity to A cappela at rodeo once! His other favorite part of working with USBS is the strong team support system we have here, and the opportunity to get to know and help a lot of local business owners in the area.
Jaco
Office Dog
Jaco is from VA, where he lived in a trailer park until he was rescued by our CEO. He has no previous employment experiences; USBS is Jaco’s first job! Our Office Dog enjoys eating salmon at the bar, hanging at the dog park, and long walks on the beach. Fun fact: Jaco has two bullets in him! What Jaco enjoys most about USBS is all of the treats, belly rubs, and long office naps each day.
Baylor
Office Dog In Training
Baylor is from Georgia, where he was found wandering in the rain by himself with nowhere to call home. His previous employment is unknown, but he is currently in training by Jaco as the Office Dog Assistant! When Baylor isn’t terrorizing the USBS staff, his favorite pastimes include barking at motorcycles, chasing birds and other small creatures, and rolling around in the grass. Fun fact: Baylor is actually a wolf! Baylor loves coming to work because he gets extra walks outside from our staff as well as extra attention, and running around our conference table when we are trying to have productive staff meetings.
